Cryptags® patented technology provides many benefits to system designers, integrators and end users. Cryptag® Census® tags can be delivered with a fixed one-time programmed 32 or 64 bit code. Strict factory audits ensure that two tags are never issued with the same ID number.
TC1 Cryptags® has a passive shelf life of 7 years or more, when stored at 20 ° C. Operating life depends on use. Based on 36 applications per day of 10 seconds each, or six minutes of continuous interaction per day, the typical life at 20 ° C is 5 years or more.
