ARAS Security A/S provides support for installers of our products, as well as end users by agreement.

Support is in essence free for all installers with a completed NOX basic course.

Support involves troubleshooting, analysis, advice and guidance regarding programming and configuration.

 

If you instead need us at ARAS to directly program / configure a solution, you can choose to "buy help".

For larger assignments, you must obtain quotes.

Download of software

As an installer, you can access a "Download" folder here on the website.
Here you will find software and firmware.
It only requires that you have created a profile and are logged in.
